Great commission training course is a 9-month Christian life and ministry training program. It involves classroom equipping and practical field ministry at a campus or an area of service, which provides on-the-job-training as lessons are applied in a real-life context.
Each trainee is assigned a personal coach to work on sharpening ministry skills and becoming a better team player. Trainees are grouped together in small mentoring groups, led by senior PAKCCCstaff. These mentoring groups provide a safe environment of community and accountability in growing deeper in God.
Trainees have gone on to serve in full-time ministry or returned to the marketplace with ministry skills for greater fruitfulness.
